How do we schedule an Earmark Webinar+?
After providing your webinar Title, Description, Learning Objectives, and Instructor information. You'll be provided a link to choose any date and time from our available slots.
We recommend scheduling your webinar 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure ample time for promotion.
Webinars begin every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm PT.
Each webinar is 50 minutes (equivalent to 1 CPE credit). Please let us know in the comments below if you need more than one hour.
Plan on arriving 30 minutes before the start of the webinar to test your audio, video, and screen share and address any last-minute items.
Once we confirm your webinar date and time, we’ll send out a calendar invite to block out the webinar time and a second invite for 30 minutes prior for the instructors to arrive and connect to the webinar.
We will also schedule a Dry-Run/Tech-Check with the instructors approximately 7 to 10 days before the webinar.
NOTE: All webinars are scheduled in Pacific Time (PT).
