  Earmark Webinars+ is a service that allows you to host educational webinars for our audience of accounting professionals. We provide the platform, promotion, and support to help you reach a wide audience through live and on-demand webinars. • What is the cost for hosting an Earmark Webinar+?

  The cost to host a webinar is approximately $1,000. Detailed media pricing information is available in our Media Kit.Some readers

• How do we schedule an Earmark Webinar+?

  After providing your webinar Title, Description, Learning Objectives, and Instructor information. You'll be provided a link to choose any date and time from our available slots. We recommend scheduling your webinar 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure ample time for promotion. Webinars begin every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm PT. Each webinar is 50 minutes (equivalent to 1 CPE credit). • Who are the webinar instructors?

  You are responsible for providing the instructor(s) for your webinar content. An Earmark engineer will facilitate the technical aspects of the webinar, such as starting the stream and managing Q&A. Currently, Earmark doesn't provide a dedicated instructors for presentations. • Is a panel-style webinar acceptable?

  Yes, a panel-style webinar is encouraged. You can include accounting experts, clients, or other panelists to create a conversational format. We recommend preparing a slide deck to introduce panelists and guide the discussion.Some readers

  You are responsible for providing the instructor(s) for your webinar content. One of our audio engineers will host the webinar. They will start the session, play a housekeeping video, and facilitate the Q&A by displaying audience questions and comments on the screen as you answer them.Few readers

  Attendance varies based on topic and speaker. On average: Registrations: 30 to 40 people. Live Attendance: 15 to 20 people. On-Demand Views: An additional 40 to 60 people after the live event.   Yes, a dry run/technical check is included. Your instructors can schedule this once your webinar registration page has been setup.Few readers

• Can we share our screens to present slides?
